Dégustation
Eye: the appearance is light yellow with some green tints. The wine is clear and brilliant.
Nose
: the nose is fresh with floral notes.
Mouth
:  the Pinot Auxerrois is pleasant, soft and round with medium acidity.

Wine and food pairing
The Pinot Auxerrois can accompany starters or main courses. It goes well with simple dishes such as fish, white meats and poultry. It can be served as an aperitif.

Service and preserving
To be served between 8 and 10°C.
Preserving: 2 to 3 years.
