Riesling Tête de Cuvée 2015

Wine tasting
Eye: appearance is pale yellow with green and brilliant tints that highlight its typical freshness. Nose: Nose of great finesse with subtle fruity (lime, citronella, grapefruit, pear) and floral aromas (white flowers, linden, white nettle...). Mouth:  Wine characterized by intense freshness that can be appreciated from start to finish with a hint of mineral and floral notes. Harmonious wine that is very long on the palate. A fruit flavour with balanced acidity.

Wine and food pairing
Renowned as one of the best white grape varieties in the world, Alsace Riesling is an excellent food wine. In addition to pairing naturally with traditional Alsace dishes such as (Sauerkraut and pork-based dishes), it has a natural affinity with fish and shellfish such as scallops.  It is also delicious with poultry and white meats. 

Service and preserving
To be served between 8 and 10°C.
Preserving: 3 to 4 years.
