Pinot Gris 2015


Wine tasting
Eye: the Pinot Gris is a beautiful golden yellow with pink highlights. Nose: With a high aromatic complexity, Pinot Gris develops distinctive smoky notes: aromas of forest floor, dried fruits, apricot, gingerbread...Given its inherent discretion, Pinot Gris benefits form decanting a few moments before being served, in order for its complexity to be fully appreciated.  Mouth:  on the mouth, it is rounded, velvety and robust. It is enjoyably long on the palate, pleasantly scented with forest floor aromas with slight smoky notes.

Wine and food pairing
Pinot Gris is a wine whose strong personality pairs with richly flavoured dishes. Game, veal, pork and poultry, particularly when served with rich sauces, roasts, kidneys, risotto and mushrooms. It also goes well with the famous Beackeoffe.  It is a delicious aperitif wine.

Service and preserving
To be served between 8 and 10°C.
Preserving: 3 to 4 years.
