Wine tasting
Eye: the appearance is light yellow with some green and brilliant tints  Nose: the bouquet is racy with great finesse with delicate fruity aromas (lemon, citronella, grapefruit peach, pear, ...) and flowers (white flowers, linden, white nettle, ...). As it evolves, this unique Riesling develops mineral aromas (gun powder, flint, gasoline, etc.).  Mouth:  Wine characterized by intense freshness that can be appreciated from start to finish, the mid-palate is defined by opulence and richness. Its structure, racy and delicately fruity, makes this wine the ideal partner for haute cuisine.

Wine and food pairing
Renowned as one of the best white grape varieties in the world, Alsace Riesling is an excellent food wine. In addition to pairing naturally with traditional Alsace dishes such as Sauerkraut and pork-based dishes), it has a natural affinity with fish and shellfish such as scallops. It is also delicious with poultry and white meats. 

Service and preserving
To be served between 8 and 10°C.
Preserving: 5 to 7 years.
