Eye: Beautiful yellow dress with golden highlights.
Nose: Scented palate with notes of ripe yellow fruit including apricot, and a very characteristic smoky side.
Mouth: Velouté and framed, this pinot gris is vinified in dry. Its oak barrel ageing gives it subtle buttery, vanilla notes and a nice length in the mouth.

Will go with county-style cheeses, creamy white meats, fish in sauce. Ideal as an accompaniment to a dinner aperitif.
