Pinot Noir Sonnenberg 2015

...

Wine tasting
Eye: its appearance is cherry colour. Nose: intense fruity notes (cherries, blackberries). Mouth:  light and fruity wine with aromas of cherries, raspberries, blackberries with well-integrated tannins. Very enjoyable young but with excellent ageing potential.

Wine and food pairing
The Pinot Noir Sonnenberg is a full bodied and well-balanced wine. It pairs very well with red meats, games and grilled meats. Its fruity note makes it a good match with several cheeses.

Service and preserving
To be served between 8 and 10°C.
Preserving: 2 to 3 years.
