This course of Oenology of about 2H, will allow you to discover the Alsace wines, its terroirs, its appellations, its climate.
You will have the opportunity to pierce the mysteries of Alsace wines thanks to three of your senses: the sight, the smell, the taste and to put into practice your knowledge on several wines of the Domaine.
