Our estate
Domaine Pierre Adam is located in Ammerschwihr, the cradle of Alsace’s winegrowing history. For four generations, our family has played a part in the history of Alsace wines, exploiting a diversity of terroirs to produce wines of character, imbued with their terroir.
Each grape variety is carefully cultivated, enabling us to create wines of exceptional quality.

Our Signature range has a new look. This Riesling Éclats de Granit expresses a unique aromatic complexity, sublimated by the freshness of the granite terroir similar to our Grands Crus. Already a double medal winner in 2024.

Intense and spicy, Gewurztraminer “Reflets de Schiste” reveals exceptional aromatic richness, balanced by the finesse of the schist terroir. Its bewitching notes of ripe fruit, lychee and floral infusions mingle with subtle nuances of white pepper and ginger. Also a double medal winner in 2024.
