Our estate
Domaine Pierre Adam is located in Ammerschwihr, the cradle of Alsace’s winegrowing history. For four generations, our family has contributed to the history of Alsace wines, exploiting a diversity of terroirs to produce wines of character, imbued with their terroir.
Each grape variety is carefully cultivated, enabling us to create wines of exceptional quality.

Our Riesling Grand Cru Kaefferkopf is delicate and elegant, with subtle fruity aromas of lemon, lemongrass, grapefruit, peach and pear, as well as floral notes. It evolves over time to offer distinct mineral aromas such as gunflint, flint and “petroleum”.
