Description

We carefully select eaux de vie and liqueurs from various Alsatian producers.
This small, sweet, fragrant yellow plum produces some of the finest eau de vie. It takes 18 kg of fruit to make one liter of eau de vie. Aging takes 6 to 12 months in oak tuns. Mirabelle plum brandy is best enjoyed neat. It also adds character to cocktails.
