On the palate, Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Hengst is full-bodied and powerful, with a fresh finish that makes it a very well-balanced, long-lasting wine. Subtle notes of coriander are also present.

It’s a gastronomic wine that goes perfectly with spicy, aromatic dishes such as Asian cuisine, tajines or Indian dishes. It also goes well with white meat dishes, strong cheeses and sweet desserts. Serve as an aperitif or with pan-fried foie gras or an exotic fruit dessert.
