Aromas

We find the very broad aromatic palette of Gewurztraminer with notes of over-ripening in addition to honeyed notes and hints of exotic fruits such as lychee or mango. An intoxicating nose that makes you want to go on tasting.

Palais

A full-bodied, well-structured wine. The grapes for Gewurztraminer “Vendanges Tardives” are over-ripened, making this a sweet, syrupy wine of great richness and extraordinary aromatic complexity, with notes of candied fruit, honey and lychee.

Food & wine

The great finesse of this wine will go perfectly with exceptional dishes such as foie gras or duck. For seafood pairings, serve with lobster or filet of Saint-Pierre with a citrus sauce. It is also an ideal accompaniment to a dessert of yellow or exotic fruits. It can also be drunk on its own as an aperitif, just to please the taste buds.
