Tasting of Pinot Gris
Eye: Pinot Gris has a beautiful golden yellow dress with pink highlights.
Nose: It has a great aromatic complexity, it develops typical smoky notes: aromas of undergrowth, dried fruits, apricot, gingerbread… Being quite secret by nature, pinot gris benefits from being decanted a few moments before being served in order to fully appreciate its complexity.
Mouth: On the palate, there is a round, velvety and structured wine. It is characterised by a very long mouth and pleasantly perfumed by lightly smoked undergrowth aromas.
