Aromas

Our Pinot Gris Tradition develops great aromatic richness. Notes of white fruit such as pear blend harmoniously with nuances of dried fruit and undergrowth.

Palais

The aromatic complexity is complemented on the palate by a beautiful amplitude with a velvety texture and a hint of spicy notes. With age, this wine develops more pronounced aromas of honey and beeswax.

Food & wine

Pinot Gris Tradition is a wine with an assertive personality that goes perfectly with richly flavored dishes. It is particularly well-suited to accompany game, veal, pork and poultry, especially when accompanied by tasty sauces. It is also recommended as an accompaniment to roasts, risottos and the famous Alsatian Baeckeoffe. In addition to being a table wine, Pinot Gris is also an excellent option as an aperitif wine.
