Description

We carefully select eaux de vie and liqueurs from various producers.
Like all low-sugar fruits, raspberries must undergo maceration. The alcohol used may only come from wine brandy, in a proportion not exceeding 12.5 liters per 100 kg of fruit. To make eau de vie, 8 kg of raspberries are needed to obtain 1 liter of final product. Raspberries should be served fresh. The alcohol produced is extremely delicate and easy to use.
