Wine pairings with Muscat
It is a wine to enjoy in his youth. Thanks to its character, the Muscat d’Alsace truly opens the appetite. It is also offered as an aperitif on the best tables in the region. Muscat is also very popular with asparagus, with marinated salmon but it is also recommended in combination with melon accompanied by smoked ham.
